A multinational pharmaceutical company, Aspen Group Holdings has donated 32 cartons of Bupivacaine drugs worth Ghc 57,600 to the department of Anaesthesia today.
The General Sales Manager of Aspen/Kama industries, Mr. Urvish Shah on behalf of management presented the items and disclosed that the support is to ensure that the hospital gives the best of care to patients, particularly the needy.
He assured the hospital of his company’s continuous support in the future.
Receiving the items on behalf of the Anaesthesia Department were the HOD, Dr. Andrews Kwabena-Adade, Director of Pharmacy, Dr. Daniel Ankrah, the DCNO, Madam Phyllis Bosque – Hamilton, Pharmacist in charge of Anaesthesia, Dr. Sulias Bruce, the Clinical Coordinator, Dr. Audrey Annor, and Public Relations representatives.
Dr. Ankrah and Dr Adade in their brief remarks expressed appreciation to the company and they assured that the drugs would be put to good use.
