INVITATION FOR TENDERS
1. Korle Bu Teaching Hospital intends using part of its Internally Generated Funds to make eligible payments under the proposed contracts for which this Invitation for Tenders is issued.
2. Sealed Tenders are invited from eligible manufacturers or authorized representatives for the supply of items as packaged in the table below, and listed in the schedules of requirements, Section V of the Tender Documents.

3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and is open to all eligible Tenderers as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information on the process and also inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 9am – 4pm, Monday-Friday, starting TUESDAY, 24TH OCTOBER, 2023.

5. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible Tenderers on the submission of a written application and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS 500.00) by Bankers Draft payable to Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.
6. Sealed tenders must be delivered to the address given below on or before 10.00am on the date stated beside the contract packages. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of Total Tender price. Late tenders shall be rejected.

7. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the PHARMACY CONFERENCE ROOM, KORLE BU TEACHING HOSPITAL at 10.00Hrs GMT on WEDNESDAY, 15TH NOVEMBER, 2023
