The Chief Executive of Korle Bu, Dr. Opoku Ware Ampomah has appealed to Corporate Ghana, philanthropic organizations, and individuals to adopt a ward in the hospital to support care delivery.

The year-long celebration is on the theme; 100 years of leadership in quality healthcare delivery, through training, research, innovation and partnership.

The milestone chalked will be celebrated on the back of a hashtag, 100 ways of celebrating 100 years, where series of activities is scheduled to take place from October 2023 to 2024.

“Korle Bu Teaching Hospital sees between 1,500 to 2,500 out-patients every single day, and we also admit between 200 to 250 every single day. We do not turn anybody away, we treat everyone who walks in, irrespective of race, tribe or status in life, as being reported in some sections of the media” The Hospital’s Chief Executive mentioned.
